I didn't start this business because I wanted to be a consultant.
I started this business because I kept seeing the same problem.
Organizations were investing significant time, money, and energy trying to solve operational challenges, but they were often solving the wrong problem.
New systems were implemented before teams understood what was broken.
Strategic plans were created without a clear path to execution.
Processes were redesigned without addressing the underlying causes of friction.
Everyone was moving quickly.
Very few people had clarity.
After more than 15 years working in operations, process improvement, project management, and organizational change, I realized that most organizations don't have a strategy problem.
They have a clarity problem.
That realization became the foundation of New Perspective Consulting.
My approach
Most consultants start with solutions.
I start with understanding.
I believe the fastest way to solve a problem is to understand it fully.
That's why every engagement begins with listening.
I want to understand:
- How work actually happens
- Where decisions get stuck
- What's creating friction
- What leaders are experiencing
- What team members are experiencing
- What success looks like
Only after we understand those things do we begin designing solutions.
Because clarity comes before strategy, systems, and growth.
What I bring

My background spans operations leadership, process improvement, project management, system implementations, and organizational transformation.

I hold both a Master of Science in Project Management and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, but the credential I'm proudest of is the trust clients place in me when they're navigating uncertainty.
